Frozen Lemon Pulp cells
Process
The product is obtained by a cold extraction method. It is made of 80% of pulp and 20% single strength lemon juice. The product is pasteurized.

Pasteurized and frozen concentrated juice. Flavor: typical lemon. Raw material for preparation mainly of clear beverages and food in general.
Packaging
We offer all type of packing, mainly in steel drums (200 liters) and pails (20 liters). Labels include all the information needed for labeling codes, while the containers used are suitable for food contact.
Shelf life and storage
2 years frozen (-15 °C +/- 3) once thawed the product should be used.
Frozen Lemon puree
Process
Lemon Puree is a four-fold product made from only the finest natural ingredients. The contents are ground peel, concentrated lemon juice, lemon pulp cells and cold pressed lemon. It was carefully obtained, pasteurized, packed and frozen.

Typical lemon flavor. Recommended to use in food and beverages.
