What are the expectations and projects of your company for 2024?

We are confident that we will continue to grow steadily. We expect to expand our market share to 20% after inaugurating the plants in Uruguay and South Africa next May.

With these facilities, our total milling capacity will increase by 60%, from the current 300,000 annual tons in Famaillá.

What were the main obstacles faced in 2023?

What is your assessment of the ending year?
The high inflation, devaluation, and the overall context of uncertainty were the main obstacles we had to face.

However, we were able to launch our strategic restructuring process, involving our exit from the fresh fruit business and focusing on the industrial lemon product segment—juices and pulp, oils and essences, and peel—allowing for a more sustainable operation. We are the only multi-origin producer.

What public policies could contribute to boosting your sector?

The elimination of export taxes and exchange rate restrictions, achieving fiscal balance, implementing labor reform, and ensuring clear rules of the game for a long-term legal framework are fundamental policies.

Their implementation will encourage foreign investments and help open up Argentina to the world.
