Frozen Concentrated Cloudy Lemon Juice

Process

Is a product obtained by cold extraction of fruit juice from different varieties of lemon (lemon citrus) and subsequent concentration. It has a liquid, amber and viscous appearance with fruit pulp that offers a natural juice of high nutritional quality.

Product: characteristics and use

Pasteurized and frozen concentrated juice. Flavor: typical lemon. Raw material for beverages (lemonades, lemon juice, etc) and food preparation.

Packaging

We offer all type of packing, including steel drums, bins (plastic, wooden, good-packs), pails and flexitanks. Labels include all the information needed for labeling codes, while the containers used are suitable for food contact.
